Our biscuits

A Norman butter biscuit, made locally, using and age-old recipe.

Ever since it was created, the butter biscuit recipe has not changed and its secret kept safe and sound!

A delicious, genuine recipe recette authentique, preservative and GMP-free, with its excellent quality raw materials originating from the AOP renowned butter from Isigny or free-range farm eggs coming from one of our partners Notre basse-cour in Castillon, near Bayeux.

We produce an average of 15,000 butter biscuits a day and 25,000 in the summer.

Some of these butter biscuits biscuits are made by hand, just how they were made before.

We can bake and adapt, different forms of butter biscuits for special occasions such as birthdays or weddings, just contact us to make your bookings.

We propose 4 flavours of butter biscuits:

the traditional Sablé with its unsalted AOP Isigny butter,

the Saléfin with its salted AOP Isigny butter,

the Chocofin with cacao

and the latest one, the Carasnelles, with salted butterscotch chips from Isigny.

We also offer diversified packaging such as the Sablés d’Asnelles sugar boxes or with images of local painters, but also new and original packaging such as round sugar bowls, beach huts, thatched cottages and gift boxes containing 3 of our products.

The traditional Sablé butter biscuit

Pure unsalted butter

The butter biscuit that melts in your mouth!

It is THE house speciality and has been since the last century.

Ingredients : Wheat flour – Sugar -AOP Isigny butter 24% – eggs from free-range hens. May contain traces of nuts.

250g / 500g in cardboard or metal boxes and in fresh sachets for better conservation. Shelf life 4 months.

The Salefin

Pure Salted Butter

In a scallop shell shape.

In the shape of a scallop shell and finer than traditional butter biscuits, the mixture of sugar and semi-salted butter offers you a unique taste.

Ingredients: Wheat flour – Sugar -AOP Isigny salted butter 24% – eggs from free-range hens. May contain traces of nuts.

250g in a cardboard box or in 400g in a wooden pencil box. Shelf life 4 months.

The Chocofin

Cacao powder

For chocolate lovers.

This blend of butter and 100% cocoa powder is a real treat.

Ingredients : Wheat Flour – Sugar – AOP Isigny salted butter 24% – Cocoa powder –Eggs from free-range hens.
May contain traces of nuts.

170g in a cardboard case. Shelf life 4 months.

The Carasnelles

With Isigny caramel salted butter chips

The most recent edition with a crunch!.

The last one which is a hit with our caramel-loving customers and is as crunchy as can be.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour – Sugar – AOP Isigny salted butter 21% – Eggs from free-range hens – caramel with salted butter 9% (sugar, glucose syrup, reconstituted whole milk powder, fresh cream of Isigny AOP, salted butter of AOP Isigny, Salt from the Guerande, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin). May contain traces of nuts.
