Our boutique

The butter biscuit recipe has not changed since its creation and neither has its secret!

We also make daily filled shortbread butter biscuit pastries.
To respect the seasonality of our products, we only make strawberry and raspberry tarts in summer with our partner, les Vergers du Grand Parc.

Le Tibotin : filled with apricot jam, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cherry morello cherry.

Le Galet with apple and raisins : filled with apple compote and raisins.

Le Chocolatin : with a chocolate bar inside the butter biscuit.

La Marronnette : filled with cream of chestnut

And also Financiers and Cookies.

You will also find regional products in our new boutique, from our partners such as cider, chocolates and caramels. We also have T-shirts, Mugs in the image of the Sablés d’Asnelles.

Picture yourself, with a good Damman tea or Illy coffee, tasting a tart freshly made by our pastry chefs, with locally produced fruits.

Labo tours

So as to continue our passion for and know-how of what we do, you can avail of 20-30 minute’ tours of our Pastry Labo, subject to prior reservation only.

In groups of 20 people, we will explain the history of the Biscuit Factory and the process of making Sablés butter biscuits. You will have the opportunity to make your own biscuits, bake them and take them home with you. At the end of the visit a small bonus also awaits you!
